After being established in 2017, Standart Control and Testing Services (Standart Test), Turkey’s largest private equity in the testing services field, today provides EMI/EMC and environmental testing and control services in accordance with military, automotive and civil standards. The EMI/EMC testing infrastructure established by the company, which operates with the principle of serving customers with no compromise on quality, has now entered into operation.
The company conducts MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD 464, MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-1275 tests in the military field in a testing area measuring 3,800 m2. The whole investment of the company is located in the Ankara Anadolu OIZ. In addition to providing environmental and EMI/EMC testing services for the platforms and systems produced by the defence, aviation and automotive sectors, the company also tests the subsystems used in civil applications.
Environmental tests are carried out to test the resistance of equipment to natural and environmental factors throughout their lifecycles; while EMI/EMC tests measure the resistance of devices to electromagnetic waves from external sources, and also the effects of the tested device on other devices.
Standart Test has now completed construction of its EMI/EMC lab, which is equipped with a quality control system that has been designed specifically for large- and small-sized vehicles, and the facility has entered into service.
Features of the EMI/EMC Lab:

- The door of the test chamber is 4.2 m wide by 4.7 m high, allowing the easy access of vehicles.
- The chamber door is controlled by remote control, and operates via the external piston and motors, allowing easy opening and closing.
- The chamber features a 6-metre diameter platform that can rotate 360 degrees and that has a capacity of 70 tonnes.
The following tests can be performed in the laboratory to the MIL-STD-461E/F/G standard:
