The Ordinary General Assembly meeting of ASPİLSAN Enerji was held on 10th of May in Kayseri. The meeting was held in the Cylindrical Lithium-Ion Battery Factory where the company continues its efforts to make it fully operational. Prof. Dr. İsmail Demir, President of Defence Industries and Chairman of Executive Board of Turkish Armed Forces Foundation presided over the meeting. Prof. Dr. Demir then visited the factory and observed its progress.
The Cylindrical Lithium-Ion Battery Factory has an enclosed space of 25 thousand square meters. The factory will produce lithium-ion cells, to be used in battery systems for both civilian and military applications.
