by Can Kılınç

International Flight Training School (IFTS), a partnership between the Italian Air Force and Leonardo, produced its first alumni. Two German Air Force (Luftwaffe) pilots completed their Phase IV Advanced/Lead-In to Fighter Training course and received their diplomas, becoming the first graduates of the school. The pilots received training for 9 months at the Galatina Airbase, home of the 61st Wing of Italian Air Force, at IFTS facilities. The development was announced by IFTS with a press release published on 20 May.
