SAHA EXPO 2020 will Host Visitors between 4th and 7th of November in Istanbul Expo Center

SAHA EXPO 2020, the most spectacular meeting of the national defence and aviation industry, held under the main sponsorship of the Defence and Aerospace Industry Exporters’ Association, with the support of the Ministry of National Defence, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Industry and Technology and the Presidency of Defence Industries, will host visitors between 4th and 7th of November. The best suitable people to create opportunities for domestic and international cooperation will witness Turkey’s high-tech production potential in SAHA EXPO for 4 days and meet with industrialists face-to-face.

SAHA EXPO 2020 is organized by SAHA Istanbul and gathers national defence and aerospace industries prime contractors, sub-system manufacturers and suppliers producing indigenous systems under the same roof. Providing the strongest support for the National Technology Move, which Turkey has been successfully pursuing for about 15 years, SAHA EXPO 2020 will open its doors between 4th and 7th of November. The exhibition will be held with many more participants in an area approximately 4 times larger than the previous edition, at Istanbul Expo Center, Yeşilköy, Istanbul.

Turkey’s well recognized platform manufacturers, sub-system manufacturers, suppliers, start-ups, universities, R&D centres and media organizations will participate in the exhibition. At SAHA EXPO 2020; the representatives of platform manufacturers looking for cooperation partners and suppliers, professionals from almost every region of Turkey and various countries of the world will discuss opportunities for collaboration with participants possessing high-tech production capabilities. Industrialists will have the opportunity to meet face-to-face with the companies in their target markets.

SAHA EXPO also hosts signature ceremonies. The contract for works under the Industrial Competency Assessment and Support Programme (EYDEP) initiated by the Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB) to be conducted by SAHA Istanbul in the provinces of Istanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya and Yalova was signed at SAHA EXPO 2018.

The Future of the Sector will be Discussed at SAHA EXPO

SAHA EXPO 2020 will be hosting important panels. These panels will be organized in order to address the development of the sector, discuss barriers and solution proposals for the domestic industry, new developments and global trends, share success stories and bring a vision to the sector. Participants and visitors will be able to attend the panels where the speakers will be the leading figures of the industry, representatives of the public institutions contributing to the defence industry of Turkey, the main platform manufacturers, important veterans of the industry and academics.
