SEDEC 2020, which is planned to be held both in Congresium Ankara and on online platforms between 15-17 September, will only be held online due to the ongoing effects of COVID-19. This decision of the event organization was announced on 8 September.
In the statement of the SEDEC organization, it was expressed that this decision was taken in order to protect the health of the participants, as SEDEC, which was made to support the increase of exports, will host many visitors from abroad and from the country. In this context, the SEDEC organization, claiming that they have obligations to eliminate the risks to public health, stated that after the evaluation they made with the relevant public institutions and organizations, they decided to do the event online on virtual platforms on the same dates and within the same scope.
In the statement, it was also said that the virtual platform was launched before and that registration and B2B / B2G meeting requests are still being received through the system. It was reported that the opening speeches and other details that will be held virtually will be announced to the public soon.

It was also announced that SEDEC 2020, which will take place online between 15-17 September, will be physically held on 7-8-9 June 2022, with the subject, scope and place remaining the same.
