by Buse Köse

TÜBİTAK issued two different Support Calls on 12 July. Among these, 1702 Patent-Based Technology Transfer Support Calls aims to ensure that patented technologies developed in universities, research institutions and technology development zones are transferred to the industry. Within this call;

  • Expenditures and expenses related to the acquisition of technologies protected by patents
  • or patents by licensing or transfer methods, and service purchases to be made from the patent owner

for the application of these technologies will be supported.

Pre-registration deadline for this call is 28 October for organisations.

1707 SME Support Call for Order-Based R&D Projects aims to support R&D projects that can quickly turn into products and have high commercialisation potential. Within the scope of the call, it is aimed to transform the solution proposals that meet customer needs into outputs to be commercialised by SMEs through R&D and to contribute to the export of these outputs. Pre-registration deadline for this call is 15 October for organisations.

Further detail upon both Support Calls can be found in the website of TÜBİTAK, https://www.tubitak.gov.tr/tr.
